Reliable FBC bed temperature measurement is a great challenge due to high erosion. Whereas, accurate assessment of bed temperature is absolutely essential for FBC boiler operation. In many PF boilers Boiler exit temperature measurement faces the same challenge. There are a number of high temperature and abrasion resistant thermo-wells available in the market.
